I’ve noticed that sometimes embroidery designs don’t come out clean, even when machine settings like tension and speed seem correct. Issues like uneven stitching, gaps, or thread breaks are pretty common.

In many cases, the problem isn’t the machine — it’s the digitizing. If stitch density, underlay, or pathing isn’t done properly, the design won’t stitch smoothly, especially on different fabrics or caps.
